Quick question I want to raid 0 two of these one of which is
Installed in my p67 asus deluxe with firmware 002 and the new one
I bought is 006

Will they work ok in raid0 with the different firmware?

Probably in theory, why not just update the firmware of the old one though as you'll be reinstalling everything anyway so no need to worry about any possible data loss. Doesn't take long either. Just make sure to follow the instructions properly, I didn't and thought that I bricked mine when I tried to upgrade
