Call of Duty 2016 - Includes COD4 remaster

runs like trash for me.

That would be par for the course with cod games over the last lot of years, they look like something from the 360 era yet require a lot more grunt than they should to run well.

The Windows 10 store version of COD: IW will not work with the Steam version

Activision has confirmed that the Windows 10 store version of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered will not work with the Steam version, segregating both player bases online.

This means that purchasers of both games on the Windows 10 Store will not be able to play with PC gamers that use the Steam version, which is a strange design choice for a game series which is primarily played for the Multiplayer.

Well thats a bit crap to say the least.

Installed, booted up and it runs better than nearly every other game I've played this year. Silky smooth maxed out in SP @ 2715 res with a steady 60fps.

Infinite Warfare looks pretty decent considering the game engine is over 10 years old now & also runs very smoothly @ 4K maxxed out :D

Zombies In Spaceland is so addictive & much fun :D Comes complete with a 1980s VHS cheesy style cartoon intro.

COD4 looks very good considering its using the same game engine just different shader FX & new models. Almost like a new 2016 game :D

Activision must have spent a massive amount of money on the development here  its all pretty decent looking & has the classic easy to pick up & play COD gameplay style ;)

COD4 is available as a standalone purchase on Win 10 store only which is also isolated from the PC Steamworks version as Activision decided to do this for reasons unknown! So you can buy COD4 Remaster only on Win 10 store right now :(

It isn't stand alone. You still need to buy Infinite Warefare.

So the only way to get the COD 4 remaster is by buying Infinite warfare?

Il wait for them to sell COD4 remaster on its own,If that dont happen then oh well,Not buying the modern infinite crap.

wow ign arn't pulling any punches

**2016 has been one of the best years for single-player shooter campaigns of the past decade. We’ve seen Doom, Titanfall 2, Gears of War 4, Battlefield 1,Deus Ex: Mankind Divided… and they're all better than Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s campaign.***

Think i might wait till this drops in price to around 20-30.

Gamespot gave it a 8 so its not all bad.

Not sure why they are so harsh its the same style COD campaign from previous games. Mega budget gfx, setpieces & same tried and tested gameplay. They even take a few shots @ Titanfall franchise as one of the first bosses looks like it jumped out of Titanfall ;)

So far I think its pretty decent plus the Zombies In Spaceland mini game is so much fun. You have to survive zombie waves in a space arcade which is so full of 1980's influenced cheesy culture its almost worth buying the game for this alone!!
