I have played this on the PS3 at my brothers house. My first reaction was "WOW". I love the part when that guy gets kidnapped and also the part dropping from the helicopter and going straight into battle. (not the helicopter drop at the start) I just love how intense the game actualy makes me feel.

Sadly I don't have a good enough PC to buy this game just yet. I love war games.

hate to say it...But have you ever palyed a COD game in the past?

All of they're games have been scripted, if it was not scripted, there would be next to no story.

The scripted scenes in all of the COD games is what makes them what they are.

Exactly, the scripted cut scenes and game play are there for theatrical effect and are the very reason these games are so popular.

I too thought the sp game of COD4 was excellent - one of the best I've ever played. If you play it on Veteran difficulty from the start it lasts a bit longer too.

Not far off finishing it myself.. excellent game - respawning enemies is daft though, I'd rather clear an area before moving on, bit annoying at times.
