Call of Duty Black ops 4 (PC)

Okay off to work now chaps! Had good fun this morning. Think zombies has been my favorite part so far :)

Will give blackout a more lengthy play tomorrow. Sad that I've had a few server crashes however. Two in main cod and one in blackout lobby. Im hoping it's down to a lot of people playing on the servers due to day 1.

Have fun everyone!

has there been any benchmarks for this game done yet? wondering how it runs on a Ryzen 1700 and Vega 64...

Not sure how fast a vega 64 is but no doubt it will run bloody well. There will probably be a lot more benchmarks in a week or so once blackouts FPS cap gets removed.

I'm really liking it, even got my first solo win!

Must be more noob friendly than PUBG ;)

Congrats,

I think people find either or more difficult as some find it harder to shoot on pubg, but some find the fast pace of cod harder to aim with even though it’s more “point and click”

You would hope so, but alas there is some doubt after COD Advanced Warfare was released broken on AMD hardware and they never fixed it. Not falling for that again!

I see,

Im using a 2700x and currently a 1050ti and everything is smooth as can be with the settings lowered as I prefer high frames.

Really enjoying this playing on a 32:9 monitor and it has native support for it. Also has the normal support for 21:9. Everything on high and its all so smooth ! Another great game for cheap.

Glad about 21:9 surprised by 32:9 that said watching the video from digital foundry it seemed clear they were working hard to make it the best it could he no matter what hardware you was using.

Thanks, forgot that!

Just added to the OP :),

Just tabbed out atm to get a cup of tea and rest my eyes for a minute but currently sat on wave 25 solo zombies :D figured out a few bits now.

Haven't played too much blackout again yet. Waiting for a friend to get online.

the most intense game of zombies i have ever played.

Time for some blackout though i think :D

Does the slide have any use at all? I have remapped crouch to ctrl and set it as hold, which now means I don't slide. But is it even useful, or am I not missing out not having it?

I kept just going prone every time I tried to crouch when I had it setup the default way, which was annoying as hell.

Yes it has a lot of use and is another thing in your arsenal to confuse your opponent and lowering your profile to get into cover whilst getting shot at making you harder to hit.

Also in other modes like zombies it’s used to dodge traps/large axes being hurled straight for your face.

I do enjoy the spitfire close up, but the way they ballanced it feels like ars are pretty much just as good close up.

The spitfire can put some serious damage down though if you are accurate with it!
