Yes, I don't use controller, ever (well apart from story games). I don't care what people say about controller it'll never be as fast as aiming with a mouse.

I've always liked the jump in and jump out nature of COD multilayer, games don't take ages and most matches feel fairly balanced
Runs really well from what I can tell so far, I haven't even attempted to mess with any settings

I’m enjoying this too, actually feels quite fresh compared to the stale game play we’ve had for the last few years.
The movement feels great, the hostage thing is cool, the partial mounts when peeking a corner - all good additions.
I think aim assist feels like it’s been toned down and there’s generally a skill gap rewarding the better players
Noticed my FPS has taken a hit though, always got in the 240-260 fps region @ 1440p on mw3 and warzone, getting 150-160 on the new one.

Don't get it on Steam, you'll frequently get booted out of the game with a profile signed out error whenever Steam's servers go down.
I have exactly the same problem, although perhaps lack of practice makes this self-fulfilling. I've got this on Game Pass, so I might try the campaign on Xbox/Big Screen for the experience and see if that helps enough for multiplayer afterward. I could always switch back to PC for multiplayer
I don’t want to speak too soon but MW3 was completely unplayable for me due to constant “Packet Burst” yet no Hardware or Connection changes and so far I’ve yet to experience any packet burst.
Hopefully have a couple of hours tonight to discover all of the maps and so on but it seems ok for what it is.

Got it via Game Pass 117GB download for Campaign only! 313GB ish for everything!
Looks ok considering how old it is! Levels are very short though its not a great campaign compared to MW2! but nothing is!
Special shout out to how many times it had to restart, download updates & or kick me out without warning
its not very stable right now but auto saves so you do not lose much progress...QA is obviously now with live players

Good maps? Seriously? These release maps are the worst I've played in the history of cod.. they are a mess.

I'm getting packet burst a lot I dont get how to stop it or is it just a server thing.

I did notice some packet burst issues as well. I'll assume they're server issues at this point
I’m not competitive at all, too old to hope to ‘win’, but these maps give me a good chance to rack up kills and get objectives etc, so works for me
Only see one map as a sniper fest so far, apart from that free flowing and fast paced
