Also just realised friendly fire is on? Team mate killed me and presumably no repercussions for them? That's a disaster waiting to happen!

Sucks if so, that people would take them and not thank the guy above or at least let the thread know one has been used etc :(

*Not sure if these are different as they are listed as PS4 only so this step may not be required but the one I was given had to be redeemed at the call of duty site first, which then generated me a code to redeem on the console itself.

Happens all the time unfortunately. Obviously could be unregistered folk just watching the thread too.

That is strange, I never tried them because if you were in the original closed beta you didn't need a new code.
 
I'm enjoying the beta of this so far. I occasionally play Fortnite and although I'm okay at basic building and the gunfights, I can't deal with people who are really swift builders. I've played CoD for years now so I'm more used to it anyway and although I haven't won a game yet I'm consistently getting to the final ten with 6+ kills. My only criticisms would be the very long time in the deployment phase (I presume it's to allow the map to load, but it's annoying), and there's a weird bug where items on the ground (guns, armour, ammo, etc) are sometimes invisible when a match first starts. I like the fact that the storm circle or whatever it's called on this is less lethal and fast moving than on Fortnite, I've so far not been caught in it, and the gunplay feels really solid.

I'm on PS4 so I'm guessing they're PS4 only. Please say when you've used one.
