How does the reporting work? Don't you need proof to report someone. Otherwise you could get a gang of 14 year olds all reporting you whether you were cheating or not.

I'd imagine games will be viewed by treyarch that are reported then appropriate action taken.

Presumably they will use a version of the theatre mode to view games? Although I guess that may only be stored client side?
