** Call of duty ghosts (MW4) **

Does anyone know what the scorestreaks will be like in this game?

I liked MW3 where you had the option to have kills tallied up so you could chose some decent killstreak rewards even if you get killed every few kills.

None of the others seemed to have this option.

that will be back i have read.. Now even if you are rubbish at the game you too can get the toys too.

Any confirmation if we have admined dedicated servers yet? even if they are like the Blops ones???

P2P or centralized servers with failed matchmaking just doesn't work in blops2
 
I hope killstreaks aren't over prevelent in the game modes.

I quite liked TDM in BO2 as getting high killstreaks was rare, much easier to focus on UAV/Counter and just go 30 kills deep using only your gun.

Anyone have any ideas on how we could get in on the multiplayer slightly ahead of the release date?
 
hopefully they haven't capped fps or fov like in mw3. one of reasons i hated that off the bat. anyone who plays cod knows you want 80 fov most avg and 250 fps.

yet in mw3 they cap at 91 fps :(

That was MW2 was it not? Ran MW3 way higher than 91fps.

Really hope they haven't locked it though all the same .

Wish official specs would be released as got a few worried gamers out there if it a min of 6 gb
 
You could change fov on every cod. Just required some programs. BO2 and BO1 had it built in, MW3 you could download and MW2 you could with 4D1. Cod4 was just a console command. There will be a workaround if not an official slider.
 
fov could be changed with a small prog which you did before playing. the fps couldnt be changed in mw3 after patch. it was locked at the default 91fps which is a joke in cod as anyone who plays cod a lot plays with 250 fps if possible.

bops you could change the fps.
 
Is the need for higher fps in cod still to do with been able to jump further/higher? Thought they might have sorted that out by now.

Most decent public servers cap FPS in Cod4 to 250. In league play it's the same story for most. In the league I run we cap it to 250 to prevent glitch jumps and to make it fairer on players with older PC's.
 
Almost died of laughter at that muppet claiming that mw3 was "state of the art" on the xbox reveal, mw3 would have looked like half baked crap 4 years ago ffs.

Depends on how you look at it. Its very impressive for a game that runs on the quake3/id Tech 3 engine. :p
 
I'd take the graphics as is any time over most other engines though - however nice they look they don't play half as nicely. Playing through the BF4 beta moving around on foot felt horrific in comparison.

Agreed, movement in cod games has always been very good. Two years after release and bf3 still plays sluggish by comparison. Not to mention getting stuck on the tiniest obstacles. Bit like watching a drunk trying to run the 110m hurdles.:D

Getting stuck on the rubble after the building came down was hilariously bad - hopefully fixed in retail. While I'd be all for a prettier COD if that meant moving onto a game engine that didn't get the low level stuff right... well might as well play BF instead.
