Yep, it’s official…MW2 is this years CoD game and I’m very very happy about this and can’t wait to see more.

My one wish is that Ground War returns as I lived that mode in MW19.

If they put Dead Silence or Ninja as a perk then it could be good. If not it's DOA as it'll just be a slow camp fest like MW2019.

I'll pick this up (on disc) to play the campaign as the campaign on MW2019 was excellent. And I'll give MP a try but I won't get my hopes up. We haven't had a decent COD since BO3.

Not sure about that, I thoroughly enjoyed Ground War in MW19.

If they remove the SBMM I would preorder it straight away. I've missed having a good mp game to play.

I've been getting absolutely spammed on social media with adverts for this despite the fact I don't directly follow anything in the COD world. Wasting their time as I'll buy it anyway

I thought that mp in mw2019 was excellent across the board. Got me through lockdown with my sanity that did.

I’m a big fan of MW2019 so will end up getting this. SP looks good but no doubt will be typical CoD SP formula. But I don’t mind that, it doesn’t pretend to be anything else.

Not too fussed with Vanguard so have been in Cold War since it’s release. Hated it at first but got into my groove in the end.

So I haven’t played a COD since 2012 ish. I fancy giving this a go so presumably I need to play the prequel. But is this just a remake of the 2009 game? Same maps etc?

I also fancy playing through all the campaigns since COD2 but I’m waiting to see if these end up on game pass.

No it's not a remake. It's a completely new game. It will probably have some remastered maps because they lack originality nowadays.
