Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone (Battlenet ID's in OP)

Playing BR Solo's, I've had a few deaths whereby I had no idea where I had got killed from.

Then, when spectating the guy who killed me, his gun would just be flipping back and forth between players waaaayy in the distance using an LMG. The few times it's happened each of them has had 30+ kills with like 10+ people watching them too.

How these people don't get banned is mental! Though, I agree with someone who posted earlier, they are probably buying crap from the store, so are valuable to Activision?!

I caved and bought the full game a few days ago. Keep coming back to warzone though, however, the multiplayer is good for levelling up weapons for sure.

I don't think their is a much of an anti cheat system in place, if you look at cods own in game stats their are mutiple examples of people getting kd ratio in the 100's One chap has a kd of nearly 400 over 6000 kills barely any deaths and the vast majority of those kills were head shots.

I believe there isn't one, it's all down to personal reports
 
Just tried Ground War again - unmitigated garbage. It's just a complete sniper fest where you can't move five feet before being picked off. So tedious.

It's the map design more than anything, replete with endless camping spots.

Completely agree. Really wanted to like it as love BF-esque large scale warfare but its a ridiculously tedious campfest.

Also beginning to find warzone pretty tedious too as random trios or quads is just frustrating.
 
I've just had some free time to try play on PC and have done better than I imagined.
I think I won every gun fight game I p[layed so its feeling more interesting for me again using KB&M. Still a bit shaky here and there though.
 
uninstalled I just cant be bothered anymore with the no footstep thing
people can run up behind you and you hear no footsteps at all...makes it unplayable for me

Used to be able to do that on the COD4 Bog map - if you had the technique down pat jump on a big player count server and chain up kill streak rewards until you were constantly dropping air strikes and an attack heli over the other teams spawn for 100s of kills to a small number of deaths per round heh.

Some of those stats will be from people 360 headshotting with an aimbot others are probably boosting.
 
In a BR solo game i picked up a weapon, checked the blueprint and it was an SA87 LMG.
I’m now trying to unlocks the attachments for this but it’s the biggest piece of **** ever.
LMG with 30 round default ammo, terrible recoil, terrible ADS and movement speed slow and fire rate quite slow too. It also only puts out as much damage as most ARs.
What’s the point of this when there are guns like the Holger, Amax, FAL, M4, AK47 and M13 that all seem better in ever way?

Does seem kind of pointless - at least in games like BF4 you get the LMG suppression bonus along with accuracy/stability stats to offset the low magazine capacity.
 
Doing the camo grind on the road to Damascus and my gawd the launchers are a pain!

Just finished the PILA which wasn't too bad but took ages, but now the Strela-P is a nightmare, it's almost impossible to hit anything airborne!

I've sacked it off and giving the M4 and M13 another go with different attachments.
I used to always play hardcore but it doesnt pretty prep you well for Warzone when everyone has 8 million hitpoints instead of 30. I've gone back to standard MP

What would be realy nice is a 'Warzone' version of MP, where everyone has full armour plates with hitpoints the same as Warzone. This would mean modding weapons for Warzone style play - long range high TTK
 
Won my 2nd solo last night, feels like a while since my last win. Managed to get to the final 5 and pick them off one at a time. Once again I nearly died due to the gas mask animation, it's SO irritating! I'd much prefer if it wasn't automatic and it was a manual trigger to put the mask on.

Been rocking the Oden for a good few weeks now as my first loadout and then an MP7 second loadout. Really works well if you're out in the open more, if you end up downtown or in buildings it's useless though as the ADS time is disgraceful :D

Would like to see a warzone version of MP with full plates and hit points too.

What oden build do you run? Have tried a few and want to like it but daaam the ADS and recoil suck.
 
You have to think of the Oden like an sniper/AR hybrid. I rarely try to empty a clip in to someone as, like you say, the recoil is terrible. But if you learn to pop 2-3 shots at a time its devastating! It's bloody useless close up though which is why I always grab my MP7 loadout which is great upclose.

I've even converted a few friends in to realising how good it is, they've been taking the pee for weeks on it and now like it :D

I'll get the build for you this evening, I'm playing on an iMac so have to reboot in to Windows to play.

Might kit one out for a game tonight, though I can't see passed the RAM for an all-round ghost loadout gun.

I chop and change between guns far too much as like lots of them for different things, I should probably just stick to a few core ones that I can get properly used to using.

Yeah, but the trade off is that it absolutely slaps. Plus you kind of need it to have a slow ROF given how puny the mags are!
 
Folks what are you guys playing more on Multiplayer.... Hardcore or just Vanilla?

I have been playing so much HC of late... that when I try to WZ or vanilla Multiplayer... Ive gotten so used to one shots....

If ROF worries you on the Oden you're using it wrong :D
 
Oden hits like nails on standard MP and Warzone.
I’m running 810mm barrel, colossus supressor, ranger foregrip, gi mini reflex, 30 round ammo.

I use it like an accurate AR.
ADS speed is dumplings but in MP can 1 shot people easily and the range is simikar to a sniper. You just need accurancy and aim going into corners. Also, better in semi auto mode rather than full auto
