10th December is season 1 for Cold War. That's when both games will be properly integrated as well.
Multiquote never works for me. I copy and paste each quoted item into a new reply, much harder on mobile hance sometimes me having 2 or 3 posts after each other
They're integrating them in Warzone? I wasn't sure if they would try and kill warzone to sell Cold War, Cold War has not got great reviews and I honestly think I would just prefer Warzone, happy to pay for another season but not to pay for a full game of cold war the guns in particular sound worse than Warzone.
I heard there might be a season 7 of warzone, it's so big I'd be surprised if they try and kill it.
I've heard Cold war weapons and other stuff is being integrated into Warzone.
I tried Cold war twice and hated it. In comparison to Warzone / Modern Warfare is felt like a poor mans CS GO. Friends on console (PS4 and Xbox) said the same.
The engine felt clunky, looked worse and sounded worse

I fully expect them to be overpowered as **** as a way to force you to buy Cold War to rank them up etc. Hope I'm wrong.

100% the new engine is much slower. I cant get into the swing of it.
Has anyone got any tips on using the Nvidia settings to possibly boost FPS a little or make it look sharper.
My desktop has a Vega56 so I'm pretty happy with using the interface there however, jumped back on the laptop today and the image doesn't feel as nice after a few weeks with tweaked settings from adrenaline.

No But I do thing there is something funny with FPS on the game at the moment my sons 5700xt sits around 40-60fps in 2K some times much much less. It used to sit much higher. I have heard a few folk saying FPS is all over the place at the moment . So can assume is a game issue or driver issue.
Hmm yeah usually every update there has been a performance hit although I got a substantial boost with a patch they recently released.
My Vega 56 will now regularly hit well above 100-120fps at 1440p with a mix of normal and high settings.

So, depends on the laptop specs. Turn off everything and play in lowest res, but then it'll look like toenail

Install Geforce experience
Load game ( Turn off Shadowplay/recording )
Go into Game Filters and turn on Sharpen
Set sharpen to something like 70% and Noise Grain to 20%

I would like to know the stats on the 3 billion as expect 2.99999 of that is from Modern Warfare and Warzone.
At least with all those sales they are around to stay. Just imagine if they canned Warzone / MW and only had Cold War. Next year sales... $1 million

Ok thanks, I'll look into trying those settings. I did see them posted a few days ago but wasn't sure if it was the same thing or not.
The laptop is a 4800H, 2060 MaxP 115W GPU with 16GB 3200 RAM.
Had a quick game after updating the drivers and it seemed to hover between 115-135FPS with my current settings playing TDM in gunrunner.
Thanks, I'll get that done tomorrow after I wake up from nightshift and give it a whirl.
Been pushed back to December 16th.

Disagree about CW. Game is so much better than Modern Warfare it's ridiculous. Fair enough for people who like Warzone given it's a BR rather than traditional COD but the multiplayer on that game was a shambles.
Maps were terrible. Spawn system was horrific. Literally designed to gift people free kills when they were getting **** on instead of making them learn the game.
Also CW doesn't have a new engine as far as I'm aware. I'm pretty sure prior to release it was confirmed as being the same engine as MW.

No it doesnt. CW uses a similar engine to the 2015 Black Ops III engine. MW / Warzone used IW 8.0 (Rebuilt version of IW engine)
Thankfully Cold war weapons are only being ported into Warzone, rather than the game being replaced. That would upset quite a few people

Havent had a random free for all session for a bit so had a couple of games. I had only been on the oil rig map once or twice before and forgot how nice some of the surrounding graphics is.
(Not sure what was going on with the server latency as its usually ~30ms)
