i dont know where anyone got going over 1 from? reading its a percentage of video memory usage...... when i tried it i kept on getting stuttering during game
I keep reading the same too - one review / piece of info says threads, another cores. Best not having it at 12 seems as I have 8 cores.One place states the render worker count should be the threads the CPU has, Then another states that it is physical cores.

The internet is full of bobbins

Personally from my play through, best leave the VideoMemoryScale alone, and give a +1 to the RenderWorkerCount. So if it was 6 before, up it to 7.
yeah agreed - i think the game "should" detect what you have but you never know haha (i would advise if changing hardware deleting that file and let it recreate it)
Oh and the stim glitch is back yet again.
Awesome 5th time ?
Maybe they just remove it like they did with the armed choppers
Not me. Oddly, I havent had any crashes at all for almost a week now. Maybe play 10 games a day. What driver are you on? 460.89 hereNew error message for me, 'Dev Error 6661'.
Anyone had this?

I tried again with the following;
VideoMemoryScale = 1.4
RendererWorkerCount = 12
On a 5800X it seems quite smooth but was having a 1 v 1 in boneyard and fps dropped to 60fps. This was certainly noticable and affected the game negatively
Back to the defaults for me
VideoMemoryScale = 0.9
RendererWorkerCount = 7
