Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone (Battlenet ID's in OP)

I've got bored with regular BR but been playing some games of Resurgence and the new Power grab mode.
Really enjoying it again in those modes.
They really need a bare bones regular BR mode though.

My point was that every season or mid season update, the sbmm seems to get messed up and every single game seems to be be against much higher skilled players (sweats) than usual. It makes the game less fun for casual players. Usual response of "git gud" though.

To be fair, I've noticed this myself. Someone had stated in here before that they thought SBMM was reset every season?

Looks like the FPS boost we gained last season is slowly diminishing again. Same settings for me and normally never dip below 95fps, Now touching 60 fps in some areas (On my laptop).

Yeah it certainly seems that way.

Funny you say about the performance also, as i also noticed it seemed a bit lower. Especially when scoping in, in certain areas. Not drastic and only really noticeable when looking at fps counter but definitely seemed worse.
 
Revisiting this thread because something has changed netcode wise since the last time i played a few weeks ago, i can reliably hit targets now, none of the bs seeing hit markers and not doing damage, sniper shots are landing, winning fights in cqc, its never going to be a game i love but i can stop avoiding playing with mates that begged me to get download it.
 
I managed to get both the blueprints for the 80s action heros challenges finished tonight, worst thing for me was getting explosive kills in warzone and getting death machine kills in Cold War multiplayer but managed to grind them out for the spoils.

What I did notice was what seemed to be a hack (which BadBoyBeaman recently covered) which is basically an aimbot but doesn't noticeably get headshots but hits even though the guy doesn't seem to land any shots on the target.

I noticed this in Cold War and Warzone on some of the replays, its a pretty sad state of affairs to be honest.
 
Whats sad state of affairs for me is that I seem to do better with randoms than I do with mates. Played some games with a friend today and a random but didn't do so great. As soon as he was offline, I jump straight into a game and get a 10 kill win.

can happen you never know what K/D the randoms are you could have had a easy lobby.

however SBMM is bust for me.

Same here!
I have started playing with randoms more often, also a mate with a K/D of around 0.30 and myself will play resurgence with randoms.
My best game for a while came in the power grab game mode the other night, I played solo v trio and managed a win with 8 kills

There was some 'tactical holding' also lol.

I've just found the guys I won that gae with on Cod tracker GG. One has a 1.06KD, My stats show 1.17 and the other guys shows as 1.15

My brother and mates range from 0.9 down to about 0.7 so thats why I find it odd that I have a harder time with them.

I think its down to the lack of pings or general feedback when moving around, Spread too far apart etc after thinking about it.

and I would need to buy modern warfare ;) not paid money for a cod game since call of duty 2 and no way am I paying £40-50 for one now with battlefield on the horizen

Guns behave differently? Yes, of course they do.
Battlefield 6 battle royale is still a year away. Stop being tight and buy modern warfare. Its a fantastic game, imo the best game ever made. I genuinly think this
If only they made Warzone paid / monthly sub with proper cheat protection

The handling is the same but the damage profiles are different to suit the smaller maps. There's also no armor to consider so even if damage profiles were absolutely identical it still wouldn't compare.

I don't think playing MW confuses anything.
