What a big crock of ****
The vast majority of people cheating / hacking will be people using things like Cronus Zen. Pretty sure console players can using aimbot / wallhacks and whatever else too.

Granted a keyboard and mouse provides more accurate movement but connecting a pad (PC players can connect a PS / xbox pad) give the aim assist, which when I tried it was like a basic aimbot anyway.

It would be interesting for them to turn off crossplay completely for a few days and see what happens

I knew this response would appear. It’s absolutely hilarious that you think Cronus users are on the same level as the PC hacks, and those “console hacks” from a month or so back are just scaremongering, they will not be out in the wild, and no, console players do not have access to aim not or wallhacks or anything else.

ive played on PC too with a joypad and it’s not “basically aim not”.

I looked toward someones direction with a sniper rifle, shot and got a headshot. I wasnt even close to their head!
With a mouse you have to aim directly at the head, not just in the general direction

Better late than never. Pretty sure if they reduce the cheating and keep the game reasonably well balanced like it is now then people will still play until there is another BR game that is as good.

The balance seems good now and its refreshing to see people using Modern Warfare weapons again and all different weapons in WArzone in general. Yesterday I noticed people using the MP7, SCAR, Bruen, Finn, Kilo instead of only the Cold war guns like Krig, Fara and C58.
Im quite enjoying the C58 and MW MP5 for now but will proably do a Bruen loadout as loved that thing
 
Agreed, the weapon balancing is in a good place at the moment. So many viable options as it should be and seeing a variety of guns on the ground after taking out teams :D

Hoping they put a bit more effort into the new season as content has gone a little stale recently, though the recent new guns are decent. We can't be far off a new map either, could it possibly coincide with a new CoD in Nov?
 
Been playing a bit of Shoot the Ship recently because I decided I needed to sharpen up my movement and aim a bit. After getting owned for a couple of sessions I've started to hold my own a bit more. The model 680 on Shipment is a beast :D

I've been playing that quite a bit too!
Mainly just for levelling up some guns and practice with aim flicks.

Edit: Also started playing Kovaaks 2.0

Try a 20 round Jak12 on shipment! Its deadly and really fun

I've played last 2 seasons (also played it a while back) and it wasn't rampant. Yes, there were a few times but I'm talking like just a few times when it was undeniable. Possibly some people might have been using something in some of the deaths but I could say that in any title, or they were just really good players. I'll be going back soon.

Thing is, it's free to play so no harm in trying it for anyone and judge for yourself as user experience will differ from person to person.
 
Never thought we would ever reach a stage for call of duty where people would be saying, you know what? I miss punkbuster.

But here we are.

Anyone know if battlefield 2042 has had rentable and adminable servers confirmed?
 
My first game of plunder I was killed by someone with a hall hack. Then we got team wiped by a rage aim botter, That was in the first lobby. The others weren't much better.
