Can anyone recommend a good online (hosted) helpdesk system?

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone here uses or can recommend an online hosted helpdesk system for our tech support company to use for clients to log calls to?

I just attended a service desk show in London, so yes I can recommend you a good number.

Perhaps you want to be more specific as to what you actually want?

Also the modern term is a service desk. You should start reading ITIL if you intend to use one effectively.

Ask yourself and maybe your clients:
  • Do I want accurate KPI's
  • Do I want simply a place to record information
  • Do I want to record assets and user details
  • How many people will be using it?
  • Where will these people be located?
  • How much do I have to spend on it?
  • How do I want it hosted?
