Can I take protein powder in hold when I fly?

It's nobody else's business what people get up to on holiday tbh...

I asked a simple question...it doesn't need the holiday police involved telling people what they should be doing while away...

I'd be inclined to pack some protein bars if you're keen to maintain your intake, probably more practical than bringing the shaker etc..

You can also just grab yourself a couple of glasses of milk + additional eggs in the morning from the hotel breakfast buffet or just buy extra milk if staying in an air bnb.

Does it need to be sealed new ?

The only suppliment I use is Hurricane XS. As I was out in China for 4 week stints and only provided three meals a day (not enough for me). I got through a 5kg bag during that period. So yes I took a sealed bag. I also thought taking a sealed bag wouldn't mean it coming open and covering my suitcase contents with powder.

bro you need to take your weights on the plane as well, so you can gain mass, while you gain muscle, while you gain height, for maximum gainz

I've flown to China, Egypt, UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Netherlands and the UK with protein powder in my hold luggage - some opened, some brand new. No issues.

A bit like preaching to people over their taste in films no?

Well if my colleague flies to Saudi with protein powder unimpeded, I think that indicates you'll be fine anywhere else! :)
Personally I don't think I'd risk it in the ME.

I took a load of MyProtein cookies with me a while ago for a mini-break as the food was all vegetarian and there wasn't much dairy. They don't melt like some bars do, great little things for travel.

Not taken powder yet, but not adverse to the idea; I like to stuff my face on holiday and I'm not really a breakfast person , so I could see how it could be useful in terms of say, using it for a lower calorie meal as a means of budgeting for indulging more in the other ones.
