Canadian Grand Prix 2010, Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, Montreal - Race 8/19

A fantastic race and the right result in my opinion, surely this track is going to be a permanent fixture for the forseeable future.

Unfortunately the one poor aspect of the race was Michael Scumacher, i am a massive fan of his but today he drove like an out of his depth amateur.
 
What more telling is that Hamilton has finally hit the top of the standings. Arguably the best driver in F1 (alongside Alonso), in a car which is capable of winning races, on merit. Has this year's WDC been decided already?

On a similar note, Button is fantastic as a No.2 driver (the best, in fact). If his team-leader faulters, Button is right there. I expected Massa to be able to do this, but Massa seems to be mentally destroyed and I'm sure Alonso is a big factor in this. Bearing all this in mind, could McLaren already have won the Constructors' title?

Whatever the case, the battle between RedBull and McLaren should provide many thrills and the dangerman IMO is still Alonso and if Ferrari can give him a better car, after a few wins, Alonso could emerge as Hamiltons main rival.
