hamilton mentions top speed down the straight but they are only 3kph behind the ferraris and webber and 4kph behind vettel.

Yeah why aren't more starting with wet set up, anyone not in top 10. Wet set up and gain several seconds a lap. I think that's a great decision.

Works now, if they start behind the SC for that I'll go ape. It's wet but it's not huge amounts of standing water.
