Did RBR have to close off the holes in their wheel hub before the race weekend started or has the rule been applied in between quali and the race?

Just trying to work out whether the quali lap was legit, and if it's going to affect th race pace?

With turbo and the adjustable boost it was nice and fair as BOTH drivers could adjust it when necessary. DRS is just completely artificial
