vettel was the first of the 3 to pit so his tires will always have 1-2 laps extra on them.

He is stuck behind Alonso though which will be hurting his tyres. Hami out front is in the best position, assuming they don't mess up this strategy.

upto 60 laps on the softs so pirelli say, looks like they will be doing another stop though

Alonso's in pretty good place as well, no dirty air, newest tyres.
