I don't like penalties. However if you remove gravel traps, walls, lower curb height etc. then you have to apply penalties.

They really need to invent a gravel trap replacement.

Rules are rules - Rosberg gained a distinct advantage driving off the track - he floored the throttle and set a new fastest lap despite Lewis having gained on him all through the lap. It's as cut and dried as it gets. Stewards are total morons.
