That's weird, I can't remember ever signing up for it or for a trial of it yet I paid for it last February and I'm due to pay again this Feb

they've owned me ,damnit!

Actually I have have bought som many items from them this year I've probnably save a few hundred £ in delivery fees

Or you could have done what I did. On the 3rd of Jan, £49 was taken out of the account. I phoned Amazon up and demanded a refund as I didnt know what the £49 was for... kicked a bit of a stink up. They refunded me straight away with no questions asked.
Now my Wife has signed up on her account so I can make use of the super fast delivery.

to be fair, My wife put the Prime on the account and didnt know that they charged.

I've been banned for mentioning Amazon in the past in the context of a Planet Earth box set. I made an offer that was just under the lowest available on that website; i.e. behaviour that has been happily accepted in the For Sale section for ages. Both were reasons given for a ban, but then when emailing a mod just the latter was.
