can't sleep with girlfriend

I've been round at my new girlfriends place almost every night for a month. I just can't get any sleep with her, so I usually go home around 11pm.

I told her not to come near me when I'm asleep as the slightest touch by her and I'm awake. She seems to like hugging and breathing darth vader style in my ear, literally drives me insane.

I wonder if I've been single too long and just can't adjust to sleeping in the same bed as someone. Anyone have this problem?

Best "I've got a new girlfriend" thread ever ;)

Nope

I thought this was going to be much more sexual, and therefore much more amusing.... :(

I used to have this problem... Then, I don't know, it's just fine now...

Took me ages to get to sleep in the same bed as mine, I just roll over on to my side and she leaves me alone, I used to run off too because I just couldn't sleep / still can't sleep with her draped over me.

Congratz as well :)

lolwut. What every woman wants to hear.

There's always the couch?. I'm sure she would be reasonably comfortable sleeping on that. And there's a good chance she will be even closer to the kitchen and therefore make breakfast quicker.

'round your girlfriend's house every night? That's a little much isn't it? Don't you have like, hobbies or something?

Also I've been with my girlfriend for like, 7-8 months now and I still can't really sleep with her in my bed.

eh?1 you have a woman and your complaining she wants to cuddle? reattach this she-mans hymen please! you don't deserve it

If you put more effort into your bedroom activities you'd fall asleep straight after you arrived.

Some of us are still young and virile...;)

But seriously just snuggle until she falls asleep then move to your side of the bed, what I always did. Not perfect and I never got the same amount of sleep as on my own but the lack of sleep should be worth it to be able to wake up next to her in the morning...:p
