Yup, I'm finding it hard to sleep at the minute although I'm in work. I've been on a break since 0215 and am not due back until 0530 but trying to catch a couple of hours sleep inbetween has proven fruitless. I find I end up feeling absolutely awful after such a short sleep anyway which can't be good when controlling the inbound rush to Heathrow from the middle east. Even though I feel knackered now it's bareable and I'm still reasonably alert.

I'm off for 4 days now but I might as well have no days off because they'll be ruined by a rubbish sleep pattern. I hate nightshifts.

Spare a thought! I finished the normal 9-5pm shift, only to find my self back in work for a 4am-2pm shift! There goes my weekend :(

Mine is screwed and I need to go to the JobCentre, slept through the last two days pretty much so I'm tempted to pull an all-nighter, although that should prove interesting...going there half asleep. Hm.

Though.

Tart. My typing is appauling as I haven't slept since Thursday night / Friday morning! :p

Sleep? What's that?

I've been off work for the past 3 weeks and my body clock as been totally buggered the whole time. My last week at work was a madly busy night shift which I think was the main cause. And the fact I've only had to get up and do things a couple of times all holiday.

I mean take yesterday I went to bed at 1400 and I woke up at 1900ish last night. So today I'm determined to stay up until late tonight and go to bed at a normal time, in a effort to reset the body clock. Although I've tried it 3 times over the past few weeks and failed.

And the best bit is that although I'm sleeping quite a bit, because it's all over the place I still feel knackered all the time. I'm actually looking forward to going back to work on Monday in the hope I'll be able to get back into a normal routine and see some daylight. Although saying that I'm on nights again next week as well, yay, the fun.

I only got up at 11 so this is early, although as it's night I started drinking So I'm not sure if I'm now drinking at night, or drinking in the morning :o

i swear as soon as i fell asleep my alarm went off.

is this unhealthy to go to the gym with little sleep, physically i feel fine although my head still feels like its still asleep ?
