The canyon medium would be better, but I'd need their 110mm stem on it as opposed to the 100mm default. Do you pay extra for this? I've also been looking at an orbea orca m20i team I can get for the same price. The geo of the 55 is probably a fraction better for me with a fraction more reach and stack and 110mm stem by default. Both bikes would have the wheels changed for 40-50mm carbon clinchers, however I'd keep the orcas default wheels, not the canyons though. Probably prefer the look of the orca but not much in it. It does however weigh more - 300g or so.
