BTW - are you sure you want to be trying to solder that onto a multi-layer PCB if you're asking that sort of question?

Do you have a low-voltage/isolated soldering iron suitabel for use with low-voltage components?

A local electronics shop would probably solder it in for you for a couple of quid.
 
Bit of superglue and a large hammer will work wonders on modern electronics.

If you're using a standard soldering iron then try placing just a tiny bit of solder on the tips of the capacitor and placing it down in the right place quickly before it sets. Avoid placing extra solder on it after it's in place. You'll only end up shorting other components.
