England just need anyone who will pick the best in-form players without fail. Tactics and all that other stuff is unimportant if they just abide by that simple discipline.

Whoever it is, tell them the next World Cup doesn't count, get some youngsters in, and have them gel into an actual team in time for the next Euros. I want to see Rodwell, Wilshere, Sturridge and co playing for England, not Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard creaking around in wheelchairs.

Whoever it is, the media will no doubt get straight to work on trying in every way to discredit him and just before a tournament will dig up every piece of dirt they can on him in order to help Englands chances.

I would probably say Redknapp if he gets out in time..... Otherwise I can't see many candidates to be honest.


Oh and it should be law that he must be English as well!

I think Harry would be favourite, but that could change on the outcome of his trial.

I would like Mourinho, but I think he wants a Prem club rather than the National job.

Persoanlly I don't think the FA will sack Capello at this point in time. After the Euro's he will be gone anyway.
