Some good games over the next 2 days, i imagine every club will be trying very hard to get to the final except maybe City. Liverpool, Everton and Stoke will see it as a good opportunity for European football if the league doesn't go to plan.

Edit, Toure starts, big call!

Allen and Toure oh dear lord :/ plus if lucas plays as dire as he did at weekend were stuffed. Not surprised benteke is dropped as his last performance was dire also least firminho will move

I don't think Benteke has been dropped due to form, i reckon it's more tactical. More of a counter attacking set up tonight, especially with Toure at the back, sit deep and play directly when you get it back.

Possible benteke is a good option for later if we get a lead, I guess

Oh for God sake really another hamstring Injury! Countinho, his movement and firminho was look very good like before when we used em up top

Hope it's not a trend and a result of Klopps training methods. Dortmund were ruined for large parts of his last season and we've not had any luck this season.

They had years without problems, biggest issue really was champs league runs, lots of games and most of the key members of the squad involved in the world cup so got no rest. Being that they have half the budget of Bayern they couldn't afford as much rotation or resting certain key players for an extra few weeks.

Sturridge and some others were all clearly injury problems before Klopp joined. Also the whole Dortmund team managed to recover and have an excellent end to the season.

What might be the case is they trained harder and were better prepared and there could be an adjustment period as Liverpool get fitter and train harder. But ultimately if you want a better stronger fitter team you'll need to go through that adjustment period at some stage anyway.

Only 30 minutes gone but the difference in our football without Benteke on the pitch is ridiculous. No hoof balls, quicker passing and we're pressuring their defenders every time they have the ball.
