I got some Captain of Crush Grips "trainer 100lbs" from the classic 5 range about 6 months or so ago all was going well until I injured my finger just under the knuckle. I guess I strained it ?? any way that took about 5 months to heal up and now I am back using the Trainer grips and can do 35 complete closes in each hand well 32 in the left 
so should I move up to the classic 1 140lbs ??
I also noticed the London Kettle Bell company are out of stock what other places are official resellers ?
