Car damaged

Well the scum bag got his comeuppance 250 quid fine 110 quid costs oh and the tasty cherry on top 5 points on his license oh how i lol'd when the court informed me of this :D

he even denied the offense during the police interview the thicko must have forgot he left his number on my screen :p unknown to him another independent witness had come forward and fingered him he finally admitted his involvement Claiming he was suffering from extreme emotional personal matters at the time.

no i thought the scum bag drove off and was more than happy to leave me with over a grands worth of damage for me to deal with oh dear it's come on top for him big time really hope he enjoys paying his fine and increased premiums :D

Car was fixed on my insurance as he was denying involvement for months but soon as he admitted the offense to the police his insurance admitted full liability for costs incurred he also has to pay me personally a small amount of compo by order of the court for hassle involved

Great result.

But please use some punctuation, as your posts are incredibly hard to read being just one looooooooooong sentence.

He has no insurance? Find his car and torch it

I think he did have insurance, just wouldn't admit to the offense

Yes, I think a few people are focusing on the "no insurance" part in the OP but not reading the full line. "but if the scroat turns out to have no insurance."

Anyway OP thanks for following up. It's so good to hear justice prevail.

Great news, good result. I'm going through someting similar. My wife returned to the car to find it damaged and a note left on the screen. The note had been left by a witness. We reported it to the police and I'm currently pursuing a claim through the other parties insurance (not mine). He's denying it however.
