Leverage is your friend here, use a plank or scaffold pole under the front.

Jack it up from the front or rear and manipulate with axle stands or whatever comes to hand. So easy to get out. Kids today.

If you can find a thick piece of wood you may be able to wedge it under the tyre from the side and lever it up enough to get a jack under.

I bottomed out a VW Passat estate on a concrete slab once, both axles in the air (reversed on at some speed in a muddy area with a concrete slab that I thought would be good to park on). Took 3 guys and some accelerating to get free. You'll manage a 107 easily

Getting out is easy, getting out in a way that you are fairly sure won't damage the vehicle not so easy.
