Seicento:

Finally snapped at the MOT this year. Handbrake is now sorted for at least a couple of years. Took the whole thing apart, cleaned and sanded the levers, galv-sprayed them and re-assembled. New rear shoes at the same time, new cable as well. Took the opportunity to change the brake fluid as well. I now just have a two page advisory list from the MOT to work on.....yay.

1) Shocks and springs need replacing - will probably fit Sporting ones or other uprated ones to see if it improves the body roll at all.
2) In addition to that, looking at getting an a/r bar for the front end.
3) Got a set of Sporting alloys sat in my garage that I might fit (or sell on, haven't decided yet).
4) Need to get the paintwork back up to scratch after winter.
5) Battery definitely getting tired, might need replacing this year.

Thanks to stupid speed bumps, I need to sort my blowing exhaust. Poor maniflow :( Then valve clearances this afternoon!

Also 'Fit rear Sport bumper'.

Handily facelift and prefacelift Sport bumpers are the same.

I actually prefer the rear bumper that's on there to the sport one for touring models, so I shall keep it.

Usually on these the cables are all that's needed to get the hand brake MOTable again, Just did a set on the Punto.

The 600 Sporting uses the same suspension components as the regular version, the only difference between the 600 1.1 and the 600 sporting is badge and a rev counter.

And IIRC all the 600s have front and rear anti-roll bars.

I may as well put mine on..

Saab 9-3t.

1. Find source of strange knocking from rear nearside
2. Change oil and filter
3. Change coolant, inc antifreeze for winter
4. Investigate low fuel economy, change lambda possibly
5. Fix or replace SID display
6. Get aircon re-gassed - not really needed until next spring though
7. Drive!

Oooh not sure how I missed this...

ST220:
Refurb scuffed alloys
Miltek exhaust system.
Pipercross VIS Induction.
Work out what weird metalic sound is when going over bumps (think it's the heat shield).
New gearstick gaitor.
General body care (get light scratches/stone chips out) Thankfully barely any to sort.
Get a decent headunit.

My 190e

Needing to replace discs and pads asap.
Oil change
Remove mudflaps as they are scraping on the ground.
Reposition exhasut as it scrapes on bumps.
wheel bearings need looking at
new set of wheels.

Not at nine years old. The lever arms had seized solid again, cable was ******, shoes had deteriorated due to the rear brakes being partially on for about 30-40 miles.

The 600 Sporting uses the same suspension components as the regular version, the only difference between the 600 1.1 and the 600 sporting is badge and a rev counter.

And if mine was a 1.1 'cento you'd have a point. But it's an X-reg 899cc one - the suspension is about 20mm higher than the Sporting.

And IIRC all the 600s have front and rear anti-roll bars.

I'll venture that I have seen more of the underside of this Seicento than anyone has ever seen of one, and I can assure you there is no anti-roll bar under there :)
