So many wheel brush options at various price points.

If feeling flush then EZ Brush set or Wheel Woolies.

Some like wheel mitts to get into the wheel areas. It depends on the wheels you have as to what works best?

Thanks for the options. I've got a 2019 Ford Kuga with diamond cut wheels which for the age of the car are in good condition, so I'm trying to keep them that way, along with the rest of the car.

I would not touch any bilberry products with laser cut or lacquered wheels, it is a alkaline product and can be just as harmful as acid. Better off with a ph neutral wheel cleaner https://amzn.eu/d/iuc4p7n

Spend abit of money on a wheel brush as I purchased a cheep one with bristles and it works great but the issue is thats theres no guard at the base just above the handle or the bristles need to be further from the handle so unless ones careful/slow it will flick dirt and product over you.

I still use my original set of wheel woolies. They come off the stick if I’m not careful, but other than that still going strong. Probably had them over 10 years now.

Still undecided on a pressure washer. Maybe the K4, maybe. I’m only leaning toward Karcher because of the huge selection of aftermarket foam lances and the like. Nilfisk has also confused me with their multitude of ranges and different connections.

It’s a decent bit of kit.

I’ve just got one (albeit a P40) after buying an Evolution P60 last year - find it too big and bulky for home car washing with a gravel drive.

No longer looks like this is a high mileage GT which is regularly ragged and tracked - it is, but it doesn’t look it at least :P

I understand why you’d think that, but it’s not quite true.

There’s more to chemical reactions than just whether something is a base or an acid - it depends on whether it’s caustic, as an example, and while I can’t categorically say whether Bilberry is, I highly doubt it as it would be terrible for your skin, and certainly not safe for regular use outdoors by the average person.

I got mine back in June 2022. Had to make use of their customer service and they helped out with a replacement high-pressure gun. It was a known weak point in the original pack and I believe they have changed it since then.

I also upgraded to their newer foam canon.

The main thing is I can store away on the shelf neatly when not in use and it not to cumbersome to setup.

Its been about 3 months since i done a proper wash as the wax has been holding up quite well, although i need to get back out there and do another pre wash, snow foam, two bucket , polish and physical wax session again

hopefully when the weather is back to normal

I got the P50 from B and Q for £159 including using a discount code for them and topcash back or quidco.

It comes without the foam cannon as I was advised the one you get isn't worth it anyway. I then just bought the MJJC foam canon for £40 to pair with it. 12m hose is an absolute godsend. Gun is excellent and pressure has been superb. I only use it for car cleaning and for me and cleaning the cars once a week it's been a bargain.

I’ve ended up doing the same. P50 from B&Q, works out cheaper than a lot of other places I’ve looked and they deliver on the day I need it. Have also ordered the AVA premium foam canon kit since I always like to have a few bottles on hand and it comes with 3 plus lids, seems to be well reviewed too. The 12m hose plus a reel for the same price as the karcher is a great deal. Hoping to get lots of years out of it.

I had ordered the K4 and a random foam canon, but have cancelled both.

if I had my time again I'd had gone for a pump foam sprayer -
pre-wash works fine with a plain garden sprayer (which I had already replaced anyway, for weed duty), and seems more economical/easier to direct than the AG foam cannon (on k7) I got black friday £30
pump foam sprayer would have been similarly easier to use.
I haven't tried spraying shampoo, which would require rinsing/reusing bottles, but usually use a hot bucket mitt contact wash

I bought some of this at the weekend - absolute game changer for removing dust and grime from gaps and crevices on interiors. - not sure how I've lived without it

Is there a branded version available anywhere?

Funny, I spotted that in Lidl today. Several flavours!

I'm sure I've seen similar products before but not sure if they were higher end than Lidl or more like a JML product.
