Car with PPF?

So it is that good but failed to do what it was advertised to do and protect against paint chips.
It doesn't advertise 100% protection, nothing will do that, and everybody buying PPF knows that... It would have caused a sizeable amount more damage if it hadn't have had PPF.

Considering it's only 1 single chip in 7 years of driving, I don't think that's bad at all.

One chip or 1000 once the cherry is popped that is it. You no longer have perfect paintwork.

At least that is how I see it. PPF is a snake oil imo but I guess I am not its intended audience.

I got 3 chips on my GR86 in its first year that touched up with a pen and cannot be seen. It has done 9k in its first year and been driven in rain and snow. Just a ceramic coat.
