While looking at exotica on PH I was wondering what the shortest service schedule is on a production car.

We all know Ferraris can cost thousands and thousands for the most simple task but i find it more shocking that EVOs are around the 6k mile mark.

Thought we had this discussion before and said the 200SX was actually 6K and in actual fact decent oil can last even longer.

Is the RX-7's interval pretty short?

Mitsubishi Evo, and the Galant/Legnum VR-4 both have a 4.5k mile service interval, as specified by Mitsubishi.

This is engine oil/filter, as well as the fluid in the AYC clutch packs in the rear differential, and just a general service "check over"

enzo's are pretty bad, every 3k, less if the car tells you it's unhappy with the way you thrash it, think the mad FXX is every 200 miles, but I can't find anything confirming that so it could be BS pit talk

Nissan 200sx has to be up there, 3000 mile oil changes.
The handbook says to change the oil every 6k. Owners who have more money than sense seem to think they need to do it half that amount even though they put in Sylkoline fully synthetic which would probably last 4 times as long....

Personally I do it every 6k as per the book :).

R34 Skylines have a service interval at 600miles, although it's only an inspection and repair if neccessary.
