Spurs-Utd. What are our thoughts fellow Reds?

I think We will put in a better performance than us against City, altough it was a boring game for the most part, we did control it very well. I think we will have more attacking chances due to Spurs high line. However, Ange wins something in his second year so this might be a massive game for Spurs and they could end up really going for it, which could be to our benefit with some counters.

Looking forward to the game, more so than when under ETH, at least with Amorim, you know you will at least get a style of play regardless of the out come. Plus we do seem to play to the whistle and not concede right after scoring. Which is nice.
 
Depends which Spurs turn up honestly. Not sure what team Amorim will put out as well. I wouldn't be surprised if its mainly the "B team" players as hes been switching up the side quite a lot every game between two rough sets of players.

Yep, anybody could win. Spurs can score goals but also concede.

I like Ange's no nonsense attitude, but he seems really fed up? Not sure if that's how his face looked at previous clubs, maybe!

Under ETH we would have been exposed by Spurs' aggression but hopefully those days are gone.

I think the difference will be if the United team has their scoring boots on or if it's like it has been for a while where chances are not being taken, sounds obvious (have to score to win) but we have made a fair few chances to score and not taken them, even under ETH.

that will come with time. We are certainly playing loads better than ETH era and have improved since Amorims first couple of games. Had a few crappy defeats during the bedding in but over all, its looking good again.
