Carabao Cup - Quarter Finals ** Spoilers ** [10th - 11th January 2023]

Garnacho looks brilliant, hopefully he can continue to improve and kick on.

Lot of players, get overwhelmed and fade after playing a few good games - that Scottish youngster Gilmour who played for Chelsea being a recent example. Januzaj for a united one.

Great performance tonight and deserved so much more than 2 goals. We were fantastic from the start, shame that those great chances keep falling to Longstaff. Lads got heart but we need better to partner Bruno.

Howayyyy the lads, hope the 53 year wait will end this season. Big Dan Burn doesn't get enough credit.

Where the Rashford haters now

Same place we have always been. Right to be very worried about a player who was in awful form and didn't look like he wanted to be there for about a year. Happy that he seems to have regained some form.

This "told you so" attitude is really odd. Plenty of players go off the boil and never return. United has been a graveyard for the sort of player that has a few good seasons and then just costs until their contract runs out and it needs to stop.

If Sancho doesn't return to top form relatively soon we should consider cutting our losses with him. Its a business, not a creche.

Pallestri looks like he could be quality. Quick feet, great control and an eye for a pass. Surprised we haven't given him more minutes this season.

It think it is because he occupies the wide area. We have plenty in that regard. Rashfords form will mean he will always go down that left side and then you have big money buys in both Antony and Sancho. Then if Rashford becomes injured you can stick Martial there and have Harry Potter's mate down the middle.

He ideally needs to go on loan again really as all the cups are hoting up now. Amad has been on fire with his loan.
