Carabao Cup - Semi-Finals ** Spoilers ** [9/10/23/24 January 2018]

Well in from us, started slow but we've actually looked decent at times.

Monreal and Lacazette have played well but Wilshere for me was motm.
 
Nicely done Arsenal, seems like a massive weight has been lifted off our shoulders since Sanchez has left ;).

Crapao cup final to look forward to :p. Hopefully we can do one over City...that will be a tough game.
 
What's happening to Chelsea, I know they have a few players out but they seem to be getting worse every week (meaning the general mood around the club and manager too, seems very unsettled).
 
Never would have predicted a win after those opening 10 minutes.

He tried to do mind games with Jose and failed, since then Chelsea have won once I think?
 
Glad to reach another final, would love for us to take this as its the only domestic trophy that Arsene hasn't lifted.

Having said that I expect we'll get royally fisted by City in the final.

People said that last year about the FA cup semi final and final.

Exactly, it's the same every year pretty much.

If they can win the Europa League it would be progress of sorts, but they'll probably mess that up as there are some decent teams still in it.

Please point out where everyone loves Wenger when he wins a domestic cup?? Majority of us want to win the title or CL, I’d gladly give up the past few FA cup trophies for a few titles or even just the one CL title.

Mind you as a Liverpool supporter, you can’t really talk can you??:p...when was the last time you lifted a cup?? It’s been awhile hasn’t it?? 2012 with the league cup I think.

Meh if we win the crapao cup then great but it wouldn’t really bother me if we didn’t win it. It’s pretty much a worthless cup, but seeing as we have no CL games, no chance of winning the title, out of the FA Cup...I guess Wenger has decided to make a play for this cup. Usually he doesn’t, judging by the teams he has put out in the past few years in this competition.

And yes I know we have the Eulolpa league but there are some strong teams left in that. So I don’t hold much hope of us getting very far in that competition

Excuse me? The point here is that this is nothing unusual for Arsenal. Many of the Arsenal fans are unhappy despite the odd cup win. This won’t change that. Doesn’t bother me, Wenger forever.
 
Man U/Liverpool fans then, thought antijoke was manc :p

unnecessary digs, it was a good win, if Arsenal win the LC & EL they might win more trophies than everyone else. lol
