Right I recently bought a car from cargiant, i noticed since the weather got warmer that the aircon wasn't very cold, that was fine, i booked it in for a clean and re-gas. Got the car back and the aircon does not work at all now really. So back to audi it goes and they spend all day looking at it. They ring me back and tell me the air con compressor is broken and needs to be replaced. £800. Also they found the overun valve for the turbo is broken and i might notice sudden loss of power. total cost with labour - £154.
Now i am not happy. I have had a look around on the internet and see lots of conflicting advice. Do cargiant have a legal obligation to fix these problems? I have owned the car for less than a month, but i can't see anywhere on the cargiant website that mentions a standard 3 month warranty like most dealers have.
Any advice?
