Carling Cup and PL ganes, 14th to 20th *SPOILERS*

This whole Tevez thing has really got my back up to be honest, SSN broke it down earlier how Tevez went out of his way to point his celebrations at Neville yet it's the latter that's getting done by the FA? How on earth do they come to that conclusion? There has to be an act for someone to react

Tevez is just an pleb though lets be honest, you've got Ronaldo who left graciously and has had nothing but respect for the club and the manager yet Tevez who we didn't really want to keep just spouts off stuff week in week out like some giant soap opra character. Just keep it shut eh Carlos, or alternatively we'll do it for you next Wednesday ;)

Having said all that Neville really needs keep his noise out of this kind of thing these days, he's become a bit of a joke of a player and is just living up to why rival fans have always despised him. Let Patrice be the managers mouth piece when trying to stoke up our rivals, he's become legendary at it :p

Have Utd fans have totally forgot about the way he behaved the summer before he left? Publically pushing for a move to Real and agreeing with Sepp Blatter that Utd were treating him like a slave is hardly gracious.

As I've said before you can choose to believe what you read in the papers and although it's undeniable Ronaldo was looking for a move a year earlier than he received it you cant not respect what he did for the club and how he's conducted himself since

If you were to hold everything a player says or does for ever then you Liverpool lot would still be bitter about Gerrard trying to leave you lot when Chelsea were sniffing about ;)

Gerrard was considering leaving and a lot of Liverpool fans still don't like him for it, he wasn't giving interviews every other day saying he wants to move though nor did he say we treated him like a slave.

Neither did Ronaldo, not that anyone can prove categorically anyway

Regardless of that given what a player he was for us to answer your question no the majority dont hold it against him (nor should they)

You're either incredibly cynical or incredibly naive :)

And I've not said you should hold anything against Ronaldo, I was just shocked that you thought he acted graciously.

Reading that Campbell might be playing against Stoke, did anyone see the Arsenal vs Bolton game and that Campbell was almost hiding in the tunnel untill after half time when he finally went to sit on the bench, at which point he kept making sure his beanie was pulled down as much as possible.

He almost seems scared of the reaction he'd get if everyone noticed him go out before a match, which while I can understand his hesitation considering the guessing around the circumstances in which he left Arsenal... I can't help but think a CB whose worried about a bad reaction won't be concentrating particularly well on his game. He also seemed to be in a similar situation in his first game in the bottom league, where he was supposedly poop, and left promptly afterwards.

AS for the Tevez thing, well, he might have done his celebration just to wind up Neville, but the distinction is, he didn't go over and celebrate by flipping the bird at Neville, or pulling his shorts down and showing his ass like Barton, or ran up and sniffed the white line, or you know just punched Neville. He just asked for a response, infront of his own bench and fans. Not sure exactly whats punishable about that, while Neville did make a unquestionably rude gesture. Personally I think having a go at Neville(the fa that is) is pathetic, flipping the bird is about as tame as it gets and while not exactly great behaviour, its hardly worthy of punishment.

Same way I think Adebayor acted like a complete and utter tool to Arsenal fans, but thats it, he was just a tit, and theres no laws against that, punishment for an idiotic celebration is stupid, as was his pathetic ban for at least one incredibly bad seemingly pre-meditated stamp.

Since he left yes he has, always has nothing but nice things to say about United, the manager and how he misses our fans

Tevez on the other hand it's something every other day with him and how is was miss-treated

He has always watched Arsenal games from the tunnel:confused: I saw him countless amount of times at Highbury do the same thing.

As you said you expect daft behaviour like that from fans but not a manager :)

Ermmm your reading far too much into his comment...he does have a point tho make a video of how many bad tackles they made against and ours against them and you will see a clear difference that Bolton are the more dirtier of the sides...sure Gallas made a very bad tackle but meh suck it up Bolton is all i can say and unfortunately for Bolton it resulted in Fab getting a goal...really down to the ref to stop the play but obviously he decided not to so no point in blaming Arsenal for not stopping play. Personally i cant think of any other team that would have done that ie Man Utd, Chelski or Liverspuds.

It's classic Wenger though. He's a bit of a child.

Yes just like its classic Fergie to have a bitch and moan about the refs and the amount of 'fergie' time they add onto the end of the game.

Don't think that was a childish comment, I just think Wenger is sick of journalists only picking things up when Arsenal do it wrong, not the other teams (I'm sick to death of it). Like Bolton surrounding Fabregas and knee'ing him the head then pulling his hair and abusing him face to face all because the filthy ***** thought he dived when it was an obvious penalty. How that's been mentioned by nobody in the media, I'll never know. Oh yeah, it was an English lad, he's passionate, it's fine, it's not assault.
