Hi,

Just built myself a nice shiny pc case

:

its a slow computer (duron 800 :eek:

) but it was a taster project really (i really enjoyed the build and Im considering a bigger project when I get some more cash

)

Did take a fair few coats

primer, isolator, (lots of) mercedes white and then a coat or two of laquer

made out of wood believe it or not high quality plywood

Are they speakers in the bottom?

forgot to mention one of my goals was to spend as little as possible so the speakers and all components are recycled from an old system

ye i used a clothes label as a stencil (thought the top looked a bit empty

If its made out of wood, then surely it acts kind of like a subwoofer with those speakers fitted???

must help with cooling aswell regarding the air movement within the case?

yeah I think its the light in that particular picture (you can see it more clearly in other pictures)

if you see the pictures on my site the psu is above the cpu and i have modified it to take the hot air from the cpu and expel it out of the rear of the case

So whats the actual specs of the machine then mate ?? I know you said it was a Duron 800 but what about the rest of it ??

20gb HDD
640mb RAM
800mhz CPU
4mb SIS graphics (lol)
slot loading CD-ROM
300w power supply
