Case Transferral "Project" to 750D

Can have any colour you like, even has custom colour control settings so you choose how much R/G/B is in it! :o
 
I got a strip off a large auction site, a controller, remote and the end of a cable to plug into the controller off a rainforest. Got a molex connector off a fan, cut the fan off and soldered the molex 12V and ground into the end of the cable and plugged it into the controller box - job done for about £8, has a sweet remote, a massive 5m strip which you can cut and use the other cut off end of, and runs off molex - cheaper, more LED's per metre, and a longer strip than NZXT Hue. Cheaper by about £30!
 
Think I'm going to redo the cable management where the PSU is, where all the power leads go through one grommet and the headers for USB, power/HDD LED etc go through the second - looks a right mess atm
 
Holy thread revival, yesterday I did a bit of a dust cleanout and a small bit of cable management, though it's still not perfect and is a bit messy, especially the SATA cables and at the bottom for the front panel audio and fan splitter, but can't get it perfect still :/











 
Did a similar thing recently, only to then replace my internals with a new build. Epic case. :D

I have no HDD caddies, with two AF140's in the front running at about 75% speed, every other fan is at 40%. CPU (4690K @ 4.5Ghz) gets to ~60c and GPU (GTX970 @1270 before boost) gets to ~70c. Very, very quiet. :)

Yeah, only reason I went for the SP120s is so I can use them should I get an AIO in the future :)
 
Gave up on the idea of a Triton, bit too expensive for what I need - instead, I've gone for a Leadex 750W off the MM for £55, which I'll be swapping out for the mediocre CX in the near future. Pictures to come soon-ish.
