Cat pooing in garden

a urine gun, hmmmm... this seems the most logical solution :S

I'm getting a dog in the next couple of months, but until then the stink of cat poo is disgusting. Needless to say the dog will be 'well' trained so the cat won't enjoy frequenting our garden anymore.

Cat hate is spread across this forum i see!

If you have a zoo nearby, ask them if you can have some tiger poo. Spread a little bit of it around your garden and the cat will never go near it again.

Write a kindly written letter to the cat stating the fact that you do not like it pooing on your garden, If the cat proceeds to carry on tell the cat you will take it to court for damages

Supposedly Lion poo sprinkled around the garden will work, a lot of suggestions but tbh not all cats are the same some are not bothered by those sonic cat reppelant devices for example, and the bottle of water where the cat can see it's reflection doesn't always work, and the dog option replaces cat poo with dog poo. The list goes on and it is very annoying when you don't have pets and have a nice garden and you keep getting poo from a dirty little cat in your garden, i'd say talk to the owner but genrerally they don't give a monkeys tbh, only way to stop it 100% effective is very sinister and cruel and i'm not going to say what that is.

I chase them, once threw a brick at one, golf balls work as well, just scare the hell out of them, not seen them since about June, tis good, no more cat poo in the garden and soil so my niece can play happy in the garden without me doing a check.

Seriously?? Bricks and golf balls? What if those things made contact with the cat? Chase it yes, but don't throw things at it. I don't imagine you'd like someone to chase you throwing bricks and golf balls, and they'd very much hurt/damage you!
