So we've waited a month for a few flash playback improvements?

What do ATI do knock up a driver in under 3 days and then wait until the monthly deadline to release it?

don't recall any issues with 3870's

as above, Hd3870's with WaW and whatever driver that was when it came out (feels like a while, didn't click for me) had no noticeable issues for me. Luckily however I got a 5870 before they went up in price and out of stock so no more X Fire sync issues etc for me ! (something I never saw until Red Faction/Batman anyway)

So what are you saying? you never got big fps hits with crossfire?

had to install via device manager due to software crashing.

The 9.11's do give performance gains over 9.10..

I went from 9.10 to 9.11 beta's and the beta's were way better performance wise.

The world and his dog must be downloading these as I'm getting less than 10% of the usual download speed from ATI.

These actually perform better than the supposed 9.12 betas.

EDIT:

But these do not fix the texture problems in The Witcher. A bit disappointed to say the least.

im amazed the difference these drivers have made in shift, i can now run at high settings, textures, track, at 1920x1200 and average 70-110 fps on a 4890 and 965@4ghz.

Before the frame rate was erratic, and the game would crash,i thought amd said it was ea's fault and not theres, hmmmm.

This is before the so called patch that fixes a lot of problems is released as well.
