Caught by a camera!

It's good that you're not recommending that course of action for anyone else because it's terrible advice, and a great way to turn a speed awareness course into 6 points and a court appearance.

No idea what you mean about ANPR cameras being able to tell who was speeding - they can't and never would be used for that.

ANPR cameras can easily see who it was speeding.

If it was me, I would write them a letter with some thing along these lines...

You have not given me my right to a trial by jury, I have not been arrested, charged or sentenced, I have not been granted my right to face my accuser (a camera) therefore I am writting to you to plead "not guilty" to all accusations you have made against me as you actually have no evidence that I was actually in control of the car at the time. (a pic of a car isn't evidence of me personally)
Please note, there is no lawful obligation for me to fill out your forms or name any other person that may have been using the car on that day. Doing so would be an act of perjury.

And send it back with the forms they sent me, incomplete.

I wouldn't ever recommend anyone else take this approach though, it's just what I would do.

Please do this and let us all know how it turns out ;)

I'm gobsmacked you can actually reach 34 mph on the Potteries Way.
If you drive one end to the other you probably do an average of 7.34 mph give or take.

This was at about half 11 at night, just before the round about by botteslow, could easily get much faster, but of course a bad idea.
