Ha - just edited my post to read 'Biscuit' cos I thought you were right!!

Just went and looked and it says Ritz Crackers but I am sure thats just an American thing. I think they used to just say Ritz on the box and we filled in the biscuit bit.

The most important thing when serving caviar is to keep it away from metal. It should be put into a glass bowl over crushed ice and served with a spoon made from bone, horn, mother of pearl or antler. A wooden spatula will suffice if the others aren't available.

It should be served on warm blinis or small buckwheat pancakes (available in Waitrose) and may be accompanied by sour cream, smoked salmon or scrambled egg. It should be washed down with vodka.
