Will it run crysis? well the 5870 could match a 480 in crysis so I should hope the 6970 will be the fastest performing GPU out there in crysis.

6970 should be slower than 5970, at least thats the "chart" i saw a few weeks back. but if rumored to be 20+% faster than gtx 580 then it'll be quicker than a 5970.

I think the 6970 will be just behind the 5970. within 5%.

well i have 340 £ to spend on card two more paydays before release but if 6970 is longer then 5870 im not sure if it fit in my case

I personally think there will be no difference in card sizes
If anything the 6990 will be shorter than 5970

with only £340 i don't think you will have to worry about the length of the 6970.......

Yeah my main concern is the sizes, my second 5870 is butted up right onto the hdd cage, so anything longer and I can't go xf! I really hope they'll be about 1cm shorter...
