CBT

sorted mine today, delivery will not be until Wednesday next week though, gives me time to pick up a few bits and fit a ground anchor in the garage before it comes, might only be a 125 but I'm looking forward to it

a 125 is great round town and down any country lanes there light and nippy .. I use one for going to work saves on time when your doing split shifts all week ..
just got rid of a cb125f and picked up a Suzuki gsx-s 125 ..there a hell of a lot cheaper to run than a bigger bike .
the Honda was costing me £180 a yr inc cbt tax, insurance and petrol :)

Nearly £4k on a 125 is mental money unless you're keeping it for a number of years.

I'd say about 2 years maybe more, 125s tend to hold their price pretty well from what I've seen so asking as I get something back I don't mind the price

I paid £3300 for the Yamaha i posted +£212 delivery, more than i planned but it's in almost new condition with very low miles and i should get a decent amount back for it in the future.

I've never came across one in that good of a condition before and i've been looking at them for a while.

That's not bad really, it looks it good shape from the picture, a lot of people would say to pick up something cheap like an cbf125 etc but no harm in paying the money for something nicer, and they hold their value. My cb125r was only registered 3 weeks ago, has 2 miles on the clock and was £3700, if after 2 years I can pull £2500 back or there about a I'd be happy.

I can imagine a lot of 125s being rough, young riders not treating them well etc

should have been £3700 but Suzuki has £500 off atm .. plus 1000 from my cbf so £2200 I could sell in a yr and still be in profit ..
..

Bike got picked up in England today and delivered earlier tonight, it's in fantastic condition and feels great to sit on.

I'm really glad i went for a tall bike and didn't try to squeeze on to a smaller one.

I'll take a pic of it tomorrow when i give it a clean in the daylight.

Looks great that!, i could have got one of them for the money i paid for my bike, i'm 6ft 4 so i'm not sure i would have got on with it.

Well I'm only 5ft 8 and I wouldn't want it much taller. I can get both feet just about flat. I love it, just need to take it easy to run the engine in
