CCTV At Work

Do people not even read, he doesn't care if it's filming him work. He doesn't care there are cameras all over the world filming him. He's not worried if anyone thinks he's work shy.

All he wants to know is are they allowed to do this and if not this will give him an early escape route from his job.

All the "If you don't like it leave" that's exactly what he is trying to do if you bother to read the thread :p

Hehe at work we have over 400 CCTV cameras - then again it's a secure environment and is needed, probably by law, but also by our insurance polices and part of our auditing process. It's also a H&S issue.

No one has to sign a consent form as we are licenced to use cctv in all areas in fact I'm the #2 of the business here yet I have cctv by my office (fortunately not in my office so I can get it on with my pa if I want to ;) :p). It's part of the parcel of being employed by this employer - probably the same - we have to have them by law for lone workers. It reduces liability or helps defend/enforce best practices.
