So glad I sold my 4090 before xmas LMAO their worthless now
Probably that comparison is in specific circumstances with DLSS4, etc.
This is using DLSS 4 with 75% fake pixels using neural rendering
in other words its not real, the 5070 is not as fast as a 4090 unless you're using DLSS 4's neural rendering fake frames
